An architectural manifesto designed to embody BDO France's transformation, Le 1 brings together the company's 750 employees across 7,000 sqm spread over 6 floors....

Ideally located in the heart of the 9th arrondissement, between Opéra, Saint-Lazare and the Grands Boulevards, Le 1 translates BDO France's values and ambitions - a mission-led company since 2021 - into its architecture and interior spaces, with a project certified HQE, BREEAM and WELL.

Modular collaborative spaces, quiet zones, informal areas, event spaces and reception areas for clients or partners: every space was designed around the teams' real usage, with twenty BDO ambassadors from different professions and departments involved at each key stage of the project.

The building also features dedicated hubs to meet identified needs: a collaboration capsule, a disconnection capsule, a media studio with control room, a lounge area, a bar and a VIP room…
